The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the proceedings from the Land Tribunal, Tamil Nadu Land Reforms Special Appellate Tribunal, Madras were renumbered as WP.No.9744 of 2004 and the same was allowed on 28.11.2008. Consequently, no further orders are necessary in the present revision petition. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.

2.Office has listed the matter before me because the case is shown to be pending with the records. No E.B. is available. Therefore, it shall be deleted from the list of pending cases.
