This WMP is filed to amend the name of the petitioner in the writ petition and in other miscellaneous petitions as M/s.IL and FS Maritime Infrastructure Company Ltd., Plot No.C-22, G block, Bandra Kurla Complex, bandra East, Mumbai- 400 051 instead of The Management of Orix Auto and Business Solutions Ltd.,(Presently Known as Ovira Logistics Pvt. Ltd), No.16/6, Pallayathan Street, Alanthur, Chennai-600 016.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing this WMP for amendment of the cause title.

3. In view of the above the petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 12.03.2024.
