JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 25.10.2016 in GWOP.No.41 of 2013 passed by the learned District Judge, Nagapattinam.

2. Today, the parties and respective counsels are present. On 12.07.2018, when both the parties with respective counsels appeared before this Court and they agreed to live together. Accordingly, the appellant/wife agreed to go to the house of the respondent/husband at Puducherry along with their sons. Today, i.e., on 16.07.2018, both the appellant and respondent appeared and it is stated by them that they are happily re-united and living together at No.13, Third Cross Street, Roja Nagar, Arumbathapuram, Villiannur Commune, Puducherry. Both the parties have agreed to withdraw the cases pending against each other from respective Courts and other connected matters involved in this matter. parties have agreed to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and the endorsement made by them and also the parties, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
