AND N.SENTHILKUMAR, J.

(Order of the Court was made by Hon'ble Mr.Justice S.S.Sundar) This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and there is no serious objection on the other side. Considering the nature of prayer and the factual sequence of this case, this Court finds that the proposed party is to be impleaded as 7th respondent in the writ petition.

2. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the proposed party is impleaded as the 7th respondent in the writ petition. Registry is directed to carry-out necessary amendment in the cause title.

3. In the impleading petition, the proposed party has been shown as Administrative Officer instead of the Executive Officer, Parasurman Easwaran Kovil Temple, Ayanavaram, Chennai.

The learned counsel for the proposed 7th respondent confirms that the 7th respondent should be the Executive Officer and there is no Administrative Officer appointed under the HR&CE Department. Hence, this petition is suo motu amended and the proposed 7th respondent should be read as "The Executive Officer, Parasuraman Easwaran Kovil Temple, Ayanavaran, Chennai".
