T.RAJA, J.
vga 2.The case of the petitioner is that the ownership of the land has been transferred to her husband's name on 20.10.2016 and as he died within a short period, he failed to apply for transfer of patta. Since on the death of her husband, the property is devolved on her as a legally wedded wife, she has moved an application for transfer of patta and the same has not been considered.
3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
