..Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose the written representation referred by the second respondent on 19.11.2018 to put up a bunk shop at No.102, Rajarathnam Street, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to dispose the written representation referred by the second respondent on 19.11.2018 to put up a bunk shop at No.102, Rajarathnam Street, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that originally the petitioner had made representation to the second respondent on 07.11 .2018 requesting to provide a place for
putting up a bunk shop at No.102, Rajarathnam Street, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010 by considering her 50% permanent disability. Subsequently, the same was forwarded to the first respondent. Since no orders have been passed so far on the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent would submit that the second respondent has forwarded the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2018 along with his written reference to the first respondent on 19.11.2018 for providing a place to put up a bunk shop as requested by the petitioner.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent has forwarded the said representation to the first respondent instead of forwarding it to the Vending Committee. Therefore, appropriate orders may be passed for forwarding the said representation to the Vending Committee for necessary action.
5.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to forward the written representation referred by the second respondent dated 19.11.2018 sent along with the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2018 to the Vending Committee within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such representation is received by the Vending Committee, the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner is also directed to send one copy of the representation to the Vending Committee along with a copy of this order, if so advised.
6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
