Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to proceedings in P104/2018 and P99/2018 dated 20.12.2018 dated 1/4

22.06.2018 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and subsequently direct the 1st respondent to register the Power of Attorney deed dated 11.06.2018 and sale deed dated 13.06.2018 presented by the petitioner and release the same to the petitioner within the time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble High court.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that, though the petitioner has come up with this Writ petition seeking quashment of the proceedings of the 1st respondent in P104/2018 dated 22.06.2018 and P99/2018 dated 20.12.2018 respectively, however, the documents viz., Power of Attorney deed dated 11.06.2018 and Sale deed dated 13.06.2018 presented by the petitioner were subsequently registered and the same were released in favour of the petitioner. Thereby, no further order is necessary in this Writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same. 2/4
