ORDER

The petitioner made a complaint to the respondents alleging that the allotment order stood in the name of his wife was wrongly cancelled.

There is a confusion between Mrs.Dhanalakshmi W/o Veeraiah and Mrs.Dhanalakshmi W/o Pichai. On receipt of the representation of the petitioner as well as the letter of the Hawking Zone Implementation Committee, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Chennai, dated 02.05.2016, a further direction was issued by the first respondent to the third respondent to direct the second respondent to conduct an enquiry. Though the said communication was sent on 21.02.2017, no further action is forthcoming, hence, the present writ petition.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the third respondent to see to it that the communication of the first respondent dated 21.02.2017 has been complied with in a letter and spirit by directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry and send a report to the first respondent, who in turn, shall pass orders based upon it. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
