The learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, vide letter dated 08.09.2020, requested to extend the time for disposal of the case in O.S.No.2436 of 1987 pending on the file of the III Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore as directed by this Court vide order dated 11.04.2019 in CRP(PD) No.2291 of 2003.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the said communication, this Court is inclined to extend the time by three months for disposal of the suit.

Accordingly, the learned III Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, is directed to dispose of the case in O.S.No.2436 of 1987 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
