(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 10.04.2023 made in W.P.No.14047 of 2019.

2. When the case last came up before us on 05.09.2024, we issued statutory notice to the first respondent to appear, pursuant to which, since the first respondent one Mr.Lokanath Reddy is not continuing as Assistant Commissioner of Customs, in whose place one Mrs.M.Sitalakshmi has taken charge and she is also present before this Court today, her presence is noted.

3. It is submitted by Mr.Rajnish Pathiyil, learned Senior Panel appearing for the respondents that, the order of this Court has been complied with and a proceedings issued in this regard dated 02.10.2024 has also been produced before this Court. This position has not been controverted by Mr.Derrick Sam, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the said compliance, this Contempt Petition can be closed, accordingly, it is closed and the presence of the first respondent since is noted, there is no further appearance required.
