J., This Original Application has been filed by the applicant seeking to restrain the Garnishee from making any payments to the respondent and an order in the form of attachment directing the Garnishee to deposit a sum of Rs.1,05,84,703/- to the account of the above O.A, pending disposal of the Arbitration dispute between the applicant and respondent. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent would submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties by virtue of the settlement agreement dated 24.11.2022. Both the petitioner and the 1st respondent have signed in the settlement agreement dated 24.11.2022, which was identified by their respective counsel. 3.In view of the above, the present application is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. The settlement agreement dated 24.11.2022 shall form part and parcel of the order. No costs.
