The above Civil Revision Petitions are filed for an early disposal of the Original Petitions H.M.O.P.Nos.2187 and 220 of 2016 on the file of the learned III Additional Family Judge, Chennai. The H.M.O.P.No.220 of 2016 is a petition which has been filed by the wife P.T. ASHA, J, http://www.judis.nic.in

mps for divorce and H.M.O.P.No.2187 of 2016 has been filed by the husband for restitution of conjugal rights. Both the matters have been directed to be tried together.

2.It is seen from the A Diary Extract that though a joint trial has been ordered, the matter has been adjourned constantly and both OPs have been filed in the year 2016. Therefore, the learned III Additional District Judge, is directed to dispose of the two OPs within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. These Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
