Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 11.1.2020 on the file of the 3rd respondent postponing election sine-die to the post of Chairman and ViceChairman of Mangalore Panchayat Union in Cuddalore District and quash the same consequentially direct the 1st respondent conduct the said election by appointing another Returning Officer in the place of 5th respondent with adequate police protection and video coverage throughout the entire process till the declaration of result.
