CMP.No.1498 of 2025 in CMA.SR.No.5531 of 2025 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 146 days in filing the above CMA.SR.No.5531 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material available in the record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent raised an objection stating that although the order copy was obtained in time, the appeal was filed with a delay. Therefore, he objected to the condonation of delay.

4. On perusal of the affidavit, it is seen that although a separate copy was ready, the papers were sent to the Deputy Directors, ESIC, Sub Regional Office, Coimbatore. Due to this administrative process, there was a delay. Considering the reasons stated and in the interest of justice, the delay is ordered to be condoned.

5. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by both counsels, the delay in filing the appeal in CMA.SR.No.5531 of 2025 is condoned. 1\2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
