ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the issues between the parties to the lis on hand were already settled and the workman received the entire benefits and issued a receipt on 14.09.2012 itself. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner further made a submission that in view of the settlement, the 2nd respondent workman cannot insist for implementation of the claim petition order, as his grievances are already settled. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The above being the factum, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
