ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- By order dated 11.05.2017, the present petition was dismissed on the ground that there was neither a case nor a petition against the petitioner. Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned".

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a case has already been registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.566 of 2012, for which he has filed the present petition for anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) also concedes with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. He further submitted that co-accused were also granted anticipatory bail in this case.

4.Considering the submission made on either side, the order of this Court dated 11.05.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is granted the relief of anticipatory bail in Cr.No.566 of 2012 for the offence punishbale under Sections 392 & 397 IPC.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. -sd/- 07/06/2017 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
