Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents herein that the order of this Court has been complied on 22.10.2021 whereby, the Award of the Labour Court dated 07.01.2013 has been given effect to and therefore, the Contempt Petition stands closed.

2. In case, the petitioners herein are aggrieved against the disbursement of Pension, liberty is hereby granted to them to challenge the same in the manner known to law. With the above liberty the Contempt Petition stands closed.
