These Writ Petitions have been listed today under the caption 'For being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the C.C.No.2999 & 3001 of 2017 are pending on the file of XVI Additional Court for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases, Egmore and in the Order in Crl.O.P.Nos.4376 & 17080 of 2022, it is mentioned as Saidapet. Subsequently, they have filed petitions to amend the name of the Court as XVI Additional Court for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases, Egmore in Crl.M.P.Nos.19280 & 19283 of 2022 and the same has been Ordered by this Court on 03.08.2023. However, in the amended Order, it is mentioned as Saidapet, instead of Egmore and hence, seeks to clarify the same.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, in the Order in Crl.O.P.Nos.4376 & 17080 of 2022, dated 11.08.2022, it shall be read as C.C.Nos.2999 & 3001 of 2017 are pending on the XVI Additional Court for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases, Egmore instead of XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

4. The registry shall incorporate above correction and issue fresh Order to the parties concerned.
