2. Learned Deputy Official Liquidator would submit that about Rs.74,00,000/- is available for distribution to various creditors of the Company under liquidation.

3. Considering the same, this Company Application to condone the delay of 3118 days in filing the claim petition is allowed.

4. The learned Deputy Official Liquidator is directed to scrutinize the claim and process the same in accordance with law.
