ORDER

When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.Srinivas R.Reddy, Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Managing Director, TANTEA and Mr.Sumesh Soman, District Forest Officer, Nilgiris, are present before this Court and their presence is dispensed with.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order under contempt, dated 08.08.2014 in W.P.No.17899 of 2009, had been complied with. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only photocopy of the order of compliance, dated 24.07.2018, has been produced before this Court, and the petitioner has not received the original order. It is known fact that the correspondences between the parties do not reach the party concerned in time. The compliance order relates to the admissibility report of entitlement of pensionary benefits of the retiring employee and the calculation made thereunder with regard to commutation payment, retirement gratuity, etc. However, taking note of the compliance of the said order of this Court, and also perusing the photocopy of the order of compliance, the Contempt Petition is closed. The said officers who are present before this Court, are discharged from contempt.
