C.M.P.No.1276 of 2026 has been filed to condone the delay of 1019 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.1283 of 2026 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the sole respondent.

3. CMP.No.31576 of 2025 has been filed to set aside the order dated 08.11.2019 passed by this Court in S.A.No.725 of 2007.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

5. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.
