Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd Respondent in Roc. 2660/2000.A3 dated 31.05.2002 and quash the same and consequently forebear the Respondents from initiating any distract or recovery proceedings under the Revenue Recovery Act against the Petitioners with respect to the lands situate in R.S. Nos. 61/1A3, 62/3, 62/3A, 62/4, 62/5, 62/5A Ponmani Village, Madurai pursuant to the impugned order for the alleged dues from the Petitioners.

(through video conference) When the matter is taken up for hearing, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved between them and the relief sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has filed a memo dated 06.10.2020 to that effect through e-mail, which is placed on record.
