ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in CMP.No.1043 of 2015 dated 06.04.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions for the past three weeks. He further submits that since the petitioner is traveling 640 km from Trichy to at Chennai to comply with the condition, the petitioner has come forward with the petition to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CMP.No.1043 of 2015 dated 06.04.2015.

3. Heard the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the condition imposed on the petitioner in CMP.No.1043 of 2015 dated 06.04.2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
