ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce his wife Hemalatha, aged 22 years, before this Court.

2. Today, the petitioner, the detenue and detenue's father along with their respective counsel are present before this Court.

3. When we enquired the detenue, she has submitted that she wants to continue in the custody of her father and she does not want to be in the custody of the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. Remedy if any shall be worked out by the petitioner before the appropriate forum.
