ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.1109 of 2008 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same with regard to these petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that in the case registered in Cr.No.1109 of 2018 on the file of 1st responent police, on completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.92 of 2023 on 13.04.2023.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report filed before the trial court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
