ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2015.

2. While pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner committed misconduct and due to enquiry conducted, the petitioner was dismissed from service on 22.11.2022. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered now.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner succeeds as against the order of dismissal from service, the request of the petitioner may be considered in accordance with law. No costs.
