ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application, dated 11.11.2025, with the assistance of the 3rd respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 11.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered by the official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 3 to 6 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 3 to 6 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 2nd respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's Page No.2 of 4
property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 3 to 6, the neighbouring land owners and any other party as they deem fit, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the respondents 3 to 6, the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 2nd respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance of the 3rd respondent, if required, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) There shall be no order as to costs.
