COMMON ORDER The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 22.04.2013 and 23.04.2013 immediately for taking necessary action to conduct election to the Pastorate Committee 2013-2016 of the 4th respondent before the election to the Church Board of the 3rd respondent for the period 2013-2016 is conducted.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that, during the pendency of the writ petition, further elections were conducted on three occasions. Thus, the cause arose for filing of the writ petition did not exist and as of now, it lost its relevance in view of the fact that the elections were conducted thrice during the pendency of the writ petition. If at all any grievance exists for the petitioner, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the competent authorities. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition in W.P.No.13465 of 2013 stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
