Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit us to withdraw entire award amount RS.23,92,000 with interest and cost deposited in the above MCOP.No.430 of 2014 on the file of MACT (II Addl District Court), Poonamallee till the disposal of above Appeal CMA.No.1243 of 2017 in ( CMP No.10342 of 2017 IN CMA.1243/2017).

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.VARADHA KAMARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.J.MICHAEL VISUVASAM, Advocate for 1st Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.,) The petitioners 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw 50% of their share from the award amount with proportionate interest and cost.

The Interim Stay granted by this court on 13/04/2017 in CMP.No.6289/2017 is made absolute.
