ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 506 (i) of IPC in Cr.No.53 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have cheated a sum of Rs. 27,00,000/- from the defacto complainant under the guise of online share trading in the name of Dheeneeza Capital and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners cheated a sum of Rs.27,00,000/- from the defacto complainant. He also further submitted that a lot of complaints are received in this regard Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of bail.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the company closed and accused are absconding not cooperate for the investigation. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
