Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the letter having Ref.No.Lr.No.39631/M1/2011 dated 04.07.2011 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to fix the Selection Grade pay at Rs.1640-2900 with effect from 01.06.1988 as per G.O.Ms.No.304 dated 28.03.1990 and G.O.Ms.No.216 dated 22.03.1993 issued by the Finance (Pay Commission) Department for the petitioners and pay the pension and compute the arrears of salary payable to the petitioners correspondingly.
