O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judge, Mahila Court, Chengalpattu to dispose of the case in S.C.No.10 of 2015 as early as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner herein lodged a complaint dated 10.08.2013 against one Sathish. It is seen that they were lovers for more than two years and they seem to have had physical relationship on several occasions and now, the said Sathish is not willing to marry the petitioner herein.

4. The respondent police registered a case in Crime No.8 of 2013 for the offences under Section 376, 417 and 506[ii] IPC and after completing the investigation, filed a Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, which was taken on file as PRC.No.15 of 2014.

Sriperumbudur committed the case in PRC.No.15 of 2014 to the Sessions Court, Chengalpattu. The case is renumbered as SC.No.10 of 2015 and now pending before the Mahila Court, Chengalpattu.

5. In view of the above, the trial Court is directed to conduct the trial expeditiously.
