PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in N.K.No.468/2010/A1 dated 23.05.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner back into service with all consequential and attendant benefits. ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed calling for the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in N.K.No.468/2010/A1 dated 23.05.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner back into service with all consequential and attendant benefits.

2.When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate that petitioner had been reinstated, his services were regularised and he is still in service. The entries made in the Service Book of the petitioner shows that, in pursuance of the petition filed in W.P.No.14301 of 2011 and M.P.No.2 of 2011, petitioner's services were regularised, without prejudice to the pending Writ Petition in the pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 GP 2000.

3.In view of the regularization of the petitioner's services, no further orders need to be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
