COMMON ORDER The petitioners have filed the Writ Petition praying to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the first respondent to dispose of the Claim Petitions filed by petitioners dated 15.03.2018 and 02.04.2018 seeking enhancement of compensation pass Road and acknowledged on 15.03.2018 and 02.04.2018 vide P.R.Nos.7357, 7360, 7359, 7349 and 7353 within the time stipulated by this Court in accordance with law and to pass such other orders as this Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case.

2.By consent of both the parties, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the claim petitions before the first respondent for enhancement of compensation for the proposed land for acquisition for formation of By-pass road. The petitioners filed claim petitions dated 15.03.2018 and 02.04.2018 and no order has been passed. Therefore, these writ petitions are filed.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleaders would submit that the claim petitions will be disposed of by the first respondent as may be the time fixed by this Court. 5.Considering the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of these cases, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to dispose the claim petitions filed by the petitioners dated 15.03.2018 and 02.04.2018 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
