O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to conduct further investigation and include all the offence committed by the accused stated in the complaint dated 05.11.2021 by considering the petitioner's representation 05.11.2021 in Crime No.193 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was brutally assaulted by one Sugumaran and the petitioner has sustained a fracture. On the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.193 of 2021 for the offences under Section 294(b) and 323 of IPC. Though the petitioner has sustained fracture, the respondent has not taken steps to alter the provisions in the FIR. Thereby, the present petition has been filed seeking for further investigation.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is going on. Based on the wound certificate, the respondent police will take proper action to alter the FIR and file the final report at the earliest.
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
