JUDGMENT

It appears from the previous proceedings that neither the plaintiff nor his counsel, appeared before the Master Court for several hearings. When the matter came up for hearing before the Additional Master I, for recording exparte evidence on 02.11.2015, again neither the plaintiff nor his counsel represented. Even today, when the matter is listed before this court, there is no representation on behalf of the plaintiff. Therefore, the suit is dismissed for default.
