This condone delay petition was ordered on 10.06.2025, subject to the petitioner paying the costs of Rs.10,000/- to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Further, by the said order, the Registry was directed to list this matter today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.P.Prabakaran, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted before this Court a letter dated 23.06.2025 addressed by him to Mr.K.Moorthy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 7 to 10 as proof for costs having been paid.
