ORDER

This Court, by order dated 16.09.2016 in W.P.No.32298 of 2016, has directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.07.2016 seeking approval of her appointment as Assistant Professor in Botany in the Scott Christian College, Nagercoil, in the sanctioned retirement vacancy of Dr.J.Geetha Joshnsi Rani with effect from 20.06.2016, and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the direction of this Court dated 16.11.2015 made in W.P.No.35715 of

2015 and in the light of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dated 11.10.2013 made in W.A.No.2318 of 2011, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 2.Since the said order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondent, the present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner himself submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.
