In view of the order passed by the Division Bench dated 04.09.2023 in Cont.A.SR.Nos.104032 and 104023 of 2023 assailing the orders passed in these contempt petitions by this Court dated 02.03.2023, 04.08.2023 and 09.08.2023, no further persuasive proceedings can be issued in these contempt petition at this stage.

2. Therefore, awaiting the completion of the said proceedings including the contempt appeals filed by the respondents / contemnors, post these contempt petitions after eight (8) weeks.
