ORDER

Mr.S.Dhayalan, the District Educational Officer (Elementary), Vellore, is present before this Court. His presence is dispensed with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has forwarded the orders of appointment of the petitioner herein as Secondary Grade Teacher.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that it was an order granting only temporary appointment. 4.

But it is stated by learned Additional Advocate General that the order had been issued subject to verification of certificates and if the petitioner produces necessary certificates to establish his bonafide then further orders approving the appointment on temporary basis shall be granted.
