ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Today, when the matter is listed for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informed before this Court that the main writ petition itself was disposed of on 20.06.2023, by recording the statement of the respondent herein and hence, no further order is required to be passed

in the contempt petition. To that effect, he has also produced the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26337 of 2022 dated 20.06.2023 before this Court.

2. In the above said order, it has been observed as follows. " 4. Learned counsel for the fifth respondent/respondent herein submits that the fifth respondent/ respondent herein has subsequently moved an application under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 before the Government and the same is pending. Learned counsel for the fifth respondent, on instructions, submits that unless an order is passed permitting the fifth respondent to raise construction, no further construction would be carried out."
