ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that the petitioner had participated in the selection process of Village Assistant in the year 2014-2015. However, he was not selected to the post of Village Assistant. Now, he is alleging some malpractices in the selection process. On 26.10.2023, the petitioner made representation as an Omni Bus allegation in the selection process. Such representation cannot be considered for passing any order. Therefore, the writ petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
