Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent i.e. Punjab National Bank, No.774, Oppanakara Street, Coimbatore - 641 001, to release the title documents concerned to her property Old Ward No.8, New Ward No.11, R.S.Puram Sir Shanmugham Road, Thadagam Road Extension, Coimbatore Town, the same was deposited by the Memorandum of the Deposit of title deeds on 16.02.2018 with the first respondent Bank on receipt of the sum of Rs.27 lakhs from the petitioner by considering her letter dated 23.12.2018 sent to the first respondent.
