The Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 r/w.401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 to set aside the order passed in Crl.MP.No.136 of 2018 dated 25.04.2018 on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Tiruvannamalai by allowing the present Criminal Revision Petition and consequently direct the respondent to hand over the custody of the minor girl, Uviya @ Udiya, daughter of Palanivel to the petitioner herein. O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case is filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.MP.No.136 of 2018 dated 25.04.2018 on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Tiruvannamalai by allowing the present Criminal Revision Petition and consequently direct the respondent to hand over the custody of the minor girl, Uviya @ Udiya, daughter of Palanivel to the petitioner herein.

2. Mr.N.Muthukrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Prabhakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor have represented that the police has brought the victim girl and also represented that the petitioner is also present today. Hence, the matter is taken up for hearing in the Chamber.

3. In the Chamber, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor have appeared. The victim girl Uviya @ Udiya has been produced by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

woman Gr.I Police Constable viz., Tmt.Dharani, No.1404 and the petitioner is also present.

4. I enquired with the victim girl and she agreed to go with the petitioner (mother). Hence, it is ordered to send back the victim girl to the Child Welfare Committee at Perumbakkam Road, Tiruvannamalai (9486724694). The said Committee is directed to handover the victim girl to her mother Tmt.Kavitha as interim custody till the disposal of the case in Cr.No.159 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent by getting necessary bond from the mother of the victim girl, if any. With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case is closed.
