Respondents in both the W.Ps Petitions filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in respect of the order passed by the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai in I.D.Nos.474 and 473 of 2010 dated 18.12.2013 and to quash the same and direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioners and to settle the petitioners with full backwages over the period of illegal termination.
