This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.12.2022 made in W.P.No.31746 of 2022. 1/4

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that, the orders of this Court has been complied with and a compliance report to that effect is filed by the respondent, i.e., Sub Registrar, Triplicane, Chennai where the two documents which were directed to be released to the petitioner having been released which has been stated in the compliance report.

3. This position is not controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also.

4. In view of the said compliance, since there is no further pursuasive action is required in this contempt petition, this contempt petition can be closed, accordingly it is closed.
