This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.J.C.Durairaj learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and M/s.Isaac Chambers for the respondents.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 79 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
