[ 2nd RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.890/2020 dated 24.01.2020 that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.K.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.890 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120(b) of IPC and Section 5 of Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment Act), 1997 in Crime No.7 of 2019, while granting anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
