Heard Mr. R.Malaichamy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. J.Ravindran, Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 02.03.2022 in W.P. No. 9317 of 2017 passed by the Court.

Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the Respondents has produced copy of the Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 7838/A3/2017 dated 19.03.2024 issued by the Second Respondent showing that the order dated 2/5

02.03.2022 in W.P. No. 9317 of 2017 passed by the Court has been complied and its copy is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, she is not precluded from working out her rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
