1. These are applications to change the cause title. 1.1. The petitioner avers that, its name has changed from "Madras Cements Limited" to "The Ramco Cements Limited".

2. The applications are not opposed by the counsel for the Revenue.

3. Accordingly, the captioned applications are allowed.

4. The cause title will stand changed to reflect the name of the appellant as "The Ramco Cements Limited".

5. Registry will take necessary steps in that behalf. C.M.A.Nos.1278 and 1606 of 2016

6. Counsel for the appellant has placed on record the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of the respondent/Revenue in the S.L.P., filed in the Supreme Court. A copy of the same has been handed over to Mr.Srinivas, counsel for the Revenue.
